Support Ticket

Support Ticket

Use Support Ticket to submit a support request, view ticket status, read CS replies, and reply back to CS.

Step 1: Submit a new support ticket

Tap Help from the bottom menu, then tap Support Ticket.

Fill in the support request form:

  • Category: choose the type of request.
  • Subject: enter a short title.
  • Description: explain what you need help with.
  • Supporting Document: upload a PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG file if needed.

Submit Support Ticket

Tap Submit Request.

When the ticket is created, Forever2U shows the confirmation message and ticket number.

Step 2: Open My Tickets from Help

From the Support Ticket submit page, tap My Tickets to view your submitted tickets.

This opens the same Support Tickets page that is available under Messages.


Step 3: Open Support Tickets from Messages

Tap Messages from the bottom menu.

This page is used for tracking and communication after a ticket has been submitted.


Step 4: View open or closed tickets

The Support Tickets page has two tabs:

  • Open Tickets shows tickets that are still active.
  • Closed Tickets shows tickets that are closed, resolved, or cancelled.

Tap any ticket to open the ticket detail page.


Step 5: Read ticket details and CS replies

The ticket detail page shows:

  • ticket number
  • status
  • category
  • created date
  • last update date
  • description
  • attachments
  • conversation notes

CS replies will appear in the conversation area when CS adds a note to your ticket.


Step 6: Reply to CS

If the ticket is still open, you can type a reply and tap Submit Reply.

Your reply is added to the ticket conversation.

Note: Closed, resolved, or cancelled tickets cannot accept new replies.


Step 7: Profile update tickets

Profile update requests also create support tickets.

For example, when you request an email, contact, address, date of birth, TIN, or IC No update, Forever2U creates a CS ticket with the requested change.

Step 8: Email update ticket

For email address changes, Forever2U sends an OTP to the new email first.

The ticket is created only after the new email is verified by OTP.
