Getting Started

Forever2U is a mobile-friendly member app for accessing your dashboard, profile, help information, support functions, and app settings.

Step 1: Open Forever2U

Open Forever2U from your browser or installed app shortcut.

Note: If you install Forever2U to your phone home screen, it opens like an app.

Step 2: Use the bottom menu

After login, use the bottom menu to move between the main areas:

• Home shows the dashboard and main member actions.
• Messages opens Support Tickets, where you can view ticket status, read CS replies, and reply to open tickets.
• Help opens Contact Us, Social Media, Product Center, User Guide, and Support Ticket menus.
• Profile shows your profile information and profile update request option.

Step 3: Change country and language

From the dashboard, open the country/language selector.

Choose your country and preferred language:

• MYS for Malaysia
• SGP for Singapore
• BRN for Brunei
• EN for English
• MY for Malay
• CN for Simplified Chinese

Note: Forever2U saves your last selected country and language for your next login.

Step 4: Install Forever2U

From the dashboard menu, open Install Forever2U.

Follow the steps shown for your phone:

• Android users should open Forever2U in Chrome and use Add to Home screen or Install app.
• iPhone users should open Forever2U in Safari and use Add to Home Screen.
